Due to the fact that the magnification changes with the focal length, thanks to the extension rings you can freely photograph small objects such as insects and flowers. What's more, the rings are equipped with electronic contacts, thanks to which communication between the camera and the lens is preserved. Depending on the shooting conditions (lighting, camera type, and lens) exposure adjustment may be necessary.

Comments:

When using the rings separately (10mm or 16mm) or together (10mm + 16mm = 26mm), the focal length of the lens should be longer than the currently used combination of rings. Both telephoto and standard lenses work with the rings, but if you use wide-angle lenses you may need to shoot from very close range.
