Irix Revo CPL 49 mmis a circular polarizing filter designed for lenses with aØ49 mmfilter thread. It helps reduce unwanted reflections from non-metallic surfaces such as water or glass while improving color saturation and scene contrast.
It is especially useful for landscape, travel, architecture and product photography.
Control reflections on water and glass
Polarization reduces reflections from non-metallic surfaces. This can reveal more detail beneath the surface of water and reduce distracting glare on windows, display cases and other glass surfaces.
Rotate the front ring to smoothly adjust the strength of the polarizing effect for the scene in front of you.
More contrast and color in landscapes
A polarizer can reduce glare from foliage, grass and wet surfaces, allowing colors to appear richer and more natural. At a suitable angle to the sun it can also increase separation between blue sky and clouds.
