Additional receiver for the trigger for lamps with TTL Pixel King.
|Model||King receiver Nikon|
Pixel King is a modern solution for the creative manipulation of artificial lighting working in the Nikon system. Thanks to the use of radio technology and the wide range of the transmitter, the light source can be located exactly where it is needed.
Flashlights can be placed behind walls, doors and other objects without interfering with their operation. This gives incomparably more freedom compared to infrared triggers requiring the receiver to see the camera.
The transmitter is attached to the camera via a hot shoe. You can attach a flash to it, because in its upper part there is a socket allowing the lamp to work with the body. Another lamp should be connected to the receiver. This is the basic set of lamps supported by the offered set. Pixel King supports TTL technology. However, the possibilities are much greater. The camera also transmits information about focal length, ISO sensitivity, shutter speed, and also about using the exposure lock. It also controls the change of flash angle on lamps with this function.
Pixel King also offers control of flash parameters from the camera menu.
Pixel King works not only with Nikon lamps, but also with lamps from independent manufacturers, such as Metz, Sigma, Sunpack, Nissin or Tumax, and thanks to PC sockets, it successfully also releases studio lamps. The included grip with adhesive tape allows you to mount the receiver non-invasively on the lamp housing.
