These features are due to the advanced optical system consisting of 8 elements arranged in 6 groups. The biggest advantage of this model is the large maximum F2.5 relative aperture, thanks to which you can take pictures in low light without using the flash.

It is also worth mentioning the 10-blade aperture that allows you to get an interesting blur effect of objects outside the depth of field (bokeh). The lens is very compact: the 55 mm diameter instrument is only 23 mm long. These features combined with a low weight (134 g) make this model the perfect complement for small cameras equipped with a VM bayonet (Leica M).
