Samyang 85mm T1.5 AS IF UMC VDSLR for Nikon

The optical construction of Samyang 85mm VDSLR comprises 9 elements in 7 optical groups, including one aspherical lens. Just like all the other Samyang lenses, this product is also made of the anti-reflective UMC coatings to improve the contrast quality and faithfully reproduce all the colours. The 8-blade aperture brings extremely smooth background blur on the photography. Brightness of the lens corresponds with the T-number of 1.5. To facilitate the reading on the focus and aperture scale, both these indexes are marked in a parallel position to the optical axis of the lens. VDSLR Samyang lenses feature industry standard gearing compatible with the Follow Focus system. This solution allows for effortless and accurate rotation of focus and aperture rings. The aperture ring is rotated smoothly and noiselessly. These modifications allow for extremely comfortable and effective control of focal plane and depth of field during filming.
