Sunwayfoto LF-C2 is a presser foot attached to Canon 300mm F2.8 IS / ISII, Canon 400mm F2.8 IS / ISII, Canon 500mm F4 IS / ISII, Canon 600mm F4 IS / ISII and Canon 800mm F5.6 IS lenses instead of the standard foot and allows mounting the lens to the head or Arca-Swiss mount without the need for additional quick-mounting plates.
