The Hoya HD MkII IRND Filter Kit 72 mm includes three neutral density filters for photographers and filmmakers:IRND8 (0.9 / 3 stops)IRND64 (1.8 / 6 stops)andIRND1000 (3.0 / 10 stops). This gives flexible light control for a wide range of shooting conditions.
Three levels of light reduction
IRND8 reduces light by 3 stops, IRND64 by 6 stops and IRND1000 by 10 stops. The range covers everything from moderate exposure control to long exposures in intense daylight.
ACCU-ND technology and infrared control
HOYA ACCU-NDtechnology provides even attenuation across visible and infrared light. This helps reduce IR contamination and unwanted colour shifts, which is especially important with stronger ND densities.
Consistent attenuation characteristics
The HD MkII IRND series is designed for consistent attenuation across a broad spectral range. This supports stable colour reproduction and predictable results in both photography and video.
16 anti-reflective coatings and strengthened glass
The filter uses16 anti-reflective coatingsand chemically strengthened optical glass. Water- and oil-repellent surfaces make cleaning easier. A lightweight low-profile aluminium frame helps minimise vignetting, while the front thread accepts a lens cap or additional accessories.
