Samyang 8mm VDSLR T3.8 Fish-eye CS II for Sony E

The optical construction of the Samyang 8mm T3.8 Fish-eye CS II lens is based on the 8mm 1:3.5 Fish-eye CS II model, while its design refers to the latest Samyang products. Since our new lens is used for filming purposes, its brightness corresponds to 3,8 T-stop. To facilitate the readout of focus and aperture values, their indexes were placed parallel to the lens axis.

VDSLR Samyang lenses feature industry standard gearing compatible with the Follow Focus system. This solution allows for effortless and accurate rotation of focus and aperture rings. The aperture ring is rotated smoothly and noiselessly. These modifications allow for extremely comfortable and effective control of focal plane and depth of field during filming.

This is new version of the lens equipped with a redesigned lens hood. Now you just remove the lens hood easily, what makes shooting with full frame cameras more comfortable.
