Hoya ProND EX 1000 (3.0) ND Filter 52 mm – precise exposure control

The Hoya ProND EX 1000 evenly reduces the amount of light reaching the sensor by 10 EV. This makes it possible to use wider apertures in bright conditions or deliberately extend shutter speeds for greater creative control.

Control shutter speed and aperture

An ND filter gives you control over shutter speed and aperture when ambient light would otherwise limit your settings. It can blur moving water and clouds in landscapes, enable shallow depth of field for portraits and help video shooters keep an appropriate shutter speed for the selected frame rate.

ACCU-ND technology and neutral colour

HOYA ACCU-ND technology provides even light reduction across the visible and infrared spectrum. This helps reduce unwanted colour shifts and supports more natural-looking footage and photographs.

HOYA optical glass and lightweight aluminium frame

ProND EX filters use high-quality HOYA optical glass. The lightweight, precision-made aluminium frame has a front filter thread, allowing a standard lens cap or another compatible filter accessory to be fitted.
